Bihar Assembly Election Results: With hours left to go for the Bihar polls to be declared, and ruling National Democratic Alliance close to the majority mark in the 243-seat House, the BJP and the RJD are in a race to see which of the two will emerge as the single largest party. Though the Bharatiya Janata Party, which was not predicted to cross 90-seat mark in the exit polls, has lost 12 per cent vote share over the 2019 general elections, it seems to have overshadowed Nitish Kumar's Janata Dal United in the coalition. At the same time, 31-year-old Rashtriya Janata Dal leader Tejashwi Yadav has secured his place as a force to be reckoned with in Bihar.
